POSITION PURPOSE:

The objective of the NRP National Sales and Revenue Manager position is to achieve the revenue and profit plans/goals as set by the Board of Managers of NRP. Selling to strategic national and regional customers.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

· Develop, update, maintain and execute an approved annual national accounts sales plan that includes guiding and assisting in the development of target account prospects, their sales cycle plans, their projected revenue, their projected decision dates, and their projected implementation/first service dates with all the sales team.

· Create and maintain outstanding professional business relationships with key executive level decision making contact(s) and multiple/various coaches, implementers and influencers within current and prospective regional/national roof maintenance and repair services accounts.

· Utilize consultative selling skills to educate and assist the sales team with all prospects/customer’s business and marketplace needs.

· Establish and guide the sales team in accordance with corporate goals to develop a comprehensive NRP portfolio management program including roof maintenance and repair services or develop enhancements/updates to existing NRP roof maintenance and repair services program to meet the identified needs of current and prospective customers.

· Review RFP responses from all NAMs.

· Review all proposals going to clients for accuracy of pricing and scope.

· Review each NAM book of business to ensure Right Project Right Client for NRP and guide and assist for positioning NRP to be successful.

· In conjunction with the NRP sales and administrative staff, oversee and guide for the leadership/management of new account roll outs and implementations to maximize location participation in the newly sold program.

· Responsible for the creation, delivery, and presentation of Sales meetings.

· Challenge NAMs to expand current accounts for the solicitation of new customer locations/departments and to propose and sell new or additional NRP products and services.

· Oversee and approve individual training program for all direct reports.

· Attend sales calls as needed with NAM for education and training opportunities for NAMs.

· Oversee and ensure the CRM is being utilized to it’s potential for all sales functions.

· Work within NRP’s Policies and Procedures guidelines.

· Perform other duties as required or assigned which are reasonably within the scope of the activities above.

SPECIFIC JOB KNOWLEDGE, SKILL AND ABILITY

· Five to Six years plus of management experience, leading a division and or sales team.

· Six to Eight years outside business-to-business sales experience with at least four years of specific multi-location/regional/national account sales experience where you were the primary sales contact to the primary decision makers for an entire region or country of large national and regional accounts (F1000 type corporate accounts).

· Must be able to demonstrate a consistent history of leading a sales team in attaining monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue plans/goals.

· Experience in the creation and execution of annual, quarterly, monthly and weekly national account sales plans.

· Established comfort with, and an ability to utilize and demonstrate consultative sales skills.

· Past success of creating and leading successful NAMs in account growth and management strategies/plans including account penetration, service, price increases, maintenance and retention, as well as being the primary manager of the business relationship with the primary contact(s) of the customer/prospect.

· Thorough understanding of and educating in a formal classroom environment training of one or more of the following: Consultative Selling Skills, Professional Selling Skills, Strategic Selling Skills, Tactical Selling Skills, Account Management, Large Account Management Practices, Negotiation Skills and/or any other formal business to business sales skills (not product) training.

· Exceptional listening skills.

· Strong knowledge and understanding of contract terms and negotiating skills.

· Strong proposal and presentation development, and delivery skills.

· Strong written and oral communications skills.

· Professional appearance and demeanor.

· Proficiency in the use of all Microsoft Office tools.

· Experience and use of a CRM system.

· MUST BE WILLING AND ABLE TO TRAVEL BY ANY MEANS NECESSARY IN AN EFFICIENT MANNER TO PERFORM FACE TO FACE MEETINGS WITH CLIENTS IN ANY PART OF THE US.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $110,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
